New board member
Born and raised in Edmonton, Alberta, Jeffrey Cyre is an Engineer working for the Yukon Government. Beyond a few industry curling tournaments, his curling experience is limited to the WCC Friday night beer league. Jeff and his family have been in the Yukon for 1 year and hope to meet all of you this curling season.
Board Selection Process
The Whitehorse Curling Club operates under the guidance of the elected 12 member Board of Directors, led by the President and supported by the Business Manager.
Board members are nominated and elected each year at our Annual General Meeting held in May following the end of the curling season. Being on our Board and its committees is a great way to get involved in building our Club each year and helping to provide other members and our community with outstanding benefits.
